Divorce Support Group

Navigating the end of a marriage can feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting—but you don't have to go through it alone. Our  Divorce Support Group provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space where individuals can process the emotional challenges of separation and divorce while connecting with others who understand what they're experiencing.

Led by a licensed social worker, Kristin Michaelson, this group combines emotional support with practical coping strategies to help participants heal, build resilience, and move forward with confidence. Members will have the opportunity to share their experiences, receive encouragement, and learn evidence-based tools for managing stress, grief, co-parenting challenges, communication, boundaries, and life transitions. This will be a closed group with 8 participants maximum.

Whether your divorce is recent, ongoing, or you're still adjusting to life afterward, this group offers guidance, connection, and hope as you rebuild your life and rediscover your sense of self.

Participants will learn to:

  • Process the grief and emotional impact of divorce.

  • Develop healthy coping skills for anxiety, stress, and life changes.

  • Establish and maintain healthy boundaries.

  • Navigate co-parenting and family transitions more effectively.

  • Rebuild confidence, identity, and self-worth.

  • Create meaningful connections with others in a supportive environment.

With professional guidance and the support of others who understand, you can move through this transition with greater strength, clarity, and hope.
